owner conferences, the architect will study and analyze the project
requirements, upon which the architect will prepare preliminary designs that may
include plans, elevations, perspectives and scale models to help you visualize
the project. These sketches are not “finished” construction documents. They are
intended to illustrate possible approaches for your consideration.
