Rick Tloczkowski joined Peter Cook Architect in 2002 and received his degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, N.Y. He has previously worked in New York City concentrating primarily on high-rise restoration where he gained valuable experience in engineering, historic preservation and interior design. Since leaving New York City in 2001 he has been working solely in the Hamptons on high-end residential architecture as a Project Manager involved in all phases of design and construction.
